This is “Little One”. She is a very young doe. She spends most of her day on the property. At night her mom comes back to sleep next to her but she doesnt take her with the rest of the deer during the day. Instead, she hangs out here and spends her day antagonizing the dogs and eating the discarded chicken feed. Sometimes i look out the window in the kitchen and she is standing two feet from the house. She is not as afraid of humans as she should be, but she has never let me get close enough to touch her.
