Tea

I spent an hour today wording a sincerely frustrated, come-to-jesus, bring you the logic and point face in its direction email to a company whom until recently was offering a customized monthly tea subscription to customers, i being one of them. The logic being; you cannot email someone and ask them to cancel their own subscription because you are no longer going to be in business and then send them a responding email stating you are unhappy to see them go and would like them to click the link to come back. I am in a chapter of frustration and disenchantment with human kind. Maybe i’ll be less cynical after tax season.
